Late Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy

We know life is busy, that’s why we provide reminders either by email or text message the day prior to your appointment.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by
either text message, phone call or email.

In cases of late cancellations or missed appointments you may be charged the full appointment fee.

If a late cancellation is unavoidable due to illness or extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss this further and a waiver of fees may be negotiated.

A late cancellation is cancellation that occurs on the day of the appointment, or after 5pm on the previous day for an appointment scheduled prior to 10am. Late cancellations and non-attendances attract the full appointment fee.

Please note, that if a third party is paying for your appointment, you are personally responsible for any late cancellation or non-attendance fees.
